Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Trailuxe collects when you visit our website or request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the privacy rights you have as a resident of the United States.
Trailuxe builds custom food trailers and mobile business units and delivers them across the United States. We collect personal information mainly for one reason: so we can prepare a quote and talk to you about the trailer you want. This page tells you exactly what we collect and what you can do about it.
1. Who We Are And What This Covers
In this policy, "Trailuxe", "we", "us" and "our" mean Trailuxe. "You" means any person who visits our website, submits a form, or contacts us by phone, email or messaging app.
This policy covers the personal information we collect through this website, through our quote request forms, through our landing pages, and through the phone, email and WhatsApp channels we publish on this site. It does not cover the practices of other companies whose websites or apps you may reach from ours.
Our website is intended for users located in the United States. See section 17 if you are visiting from another country.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information. The examples describe what we actually collect, not everything the law allows us to collect.
| Category | Examples we collect | Do we sell or share it? |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Full name, phone number, email address, the state where you plan to operate, IP address, device and browser identifiers, cookie identifiers, and online advertising identifiers. | We do not sell it. Online identifiers may be shared for cross context behavioral advertising. See section 6. |
| Commercial information | The trailer size or model you are interested in, the type of food or service you plan to offer, your expected timeline, your preferred payment method, your budget range, and the history of your quote requests and purchases. | No. |
| Internet and network activity | Pages you viewed on our site, the page you submitted a form from, the website that referred you, your browser and operating system, and how you interacted with our forms. | May be shared for cross context behavioral advertising. See section 6. |
| Marketing attribution data | Google click identifier (gclid) and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content. | Shared with Google to measure ad performance. See section 8. |
| Approximate location | General city or region derived from your IP address, and the state you tell us in the form. | No. We do not collect precise geolocation. |
| Audio and electronic information | The content of the messages, emails, WhatsApp chats and voicemails you send us, and notes our sales team records about your request. | No. |
| Inferences | A lead score or stage in our sales pipeline, and the products we think would fit your business. | No. |
| Financial information | If you request financing, the financing company collects your application data directly. We may receive the status of the application. We do not collect your Social Security number, bank account or card numbers through this website. | No. |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined by state privacy laws. We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, biometric data, or the contents of your private communications with other people. Please do not include information of that kind in a form or message to us.
3. Where We Get It
- Directly from you, when you fill out a quote form, call us, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Automatically from your device, through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, as described in section 7 and in our Cookie Policy.
- From advertising and analytics providers, such as Google, which tell us how you reached our site and whether an ad campaign produced your visit.
- From our financing partners, which may tell us the status of an application you submitted through them.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send you a quote, and to answer your questions about a build.
- To contact you by phone, text message, email or WhatsApp about the request you submitted.
- To manage the sale, the build, delivery scheduling, and after sale support.
- To refer you to a financing partner if you ask us about financing.
- To operate, secure, debug and improve our website and our forms.
- To measure how our advertising performs, to attribute conversions to campaigns, and to build remarketing audiences.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms.
- To comply with law, respond to legal requests, and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose it to the following types of recipients, and only for the purposes described above.
- Our customer relationship management platform, which stores your quote request so our sales team can follow up. We currently use Kommo.
- Our automation and hosting providers, which receive your form submission and route it into our CRM, and which host this website.
- Google, for tag management, website analytics and advertising measurement. See section 8.
- Meta Platforms, if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp. Your message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Financing partners, such as Clicklease, if you ask us to explore financing. They act as independent businesses and their own privacy policies apply to the application you submit to them.
- Delivery and logistics providers, when we need your address to deliver a unit you purchased.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants, insurers and attorneys, when reasonably necessary.
- Government authorities, when we are required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- A buyer or successor, if Trailuxe is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets. We will require the recipient to honor this policy.
The service providers listed above are contractually limited to processing your information on our behalf and for our purposes only.
6. Sale And Sharing For Advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.
However, we use advertising cookies from Google so that we can measure our campaigns and show ads to people who have already visited our site. Under California law, and under similar laws in other states, that use of cookies may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising". We disclose it here so you can decide.
You can stop it at any time:
- Open Cookie Preferences and turn off advertising cookies. Your choice is stored on the browser you are using.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor it automatically. See section 12.
- Email us at sales.nashville@trailuxecompany.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information".
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
7. Cookies And Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure advertising. The full list of categories, what each one does, and how to control them is in our Cookie Policy.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link, which also appears in the footer of every page.
8. Google Advertising And Analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools set cookies and collect the internet activity and identifiers described in section 2.
We have implemented Google Consent Mode. Your choice in our cookie banner is passed to Google through four signals: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. Since June 15, 2026, ad_storage is the signal that governs whether advertising data reaches our Google Ads account, so denying advertising cookies means Google receives no advertising identifiers from your visit and cannot add you to a remarketing audience.
We also use Google Analytics advertising features, including remarketing and demographic reporting. We do not upload information that Google could use to identify you personally, and we do not combine advertising identifiers with personally identifiable information except where you have given consent.
You have controls outside our website as well:
- Google Ads personalization: myadcenter.google.com
- Google Analytics browser opt out add on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Industry opt out pages: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org
How Google uses data from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
9. Calls, Text Messages And WhatsApp
When you submit a quote request and give us your phone number, you agree that Trailuxe and the people working on our behalf may call you and send you text messages about your request, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can ask us to stop calling you by telling the representative on the call, or by emailing sales.nashville@trailuxecompany.com. We honor opt out requests promptly.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in section 5 exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on a platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to the transport of those messages.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the following rights. We extend the core rights below to every resident of the United States, whether or not your state has passed a privacy law.
- Know and access. Ask us what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to. You may request a copy in a portable format.
- Correct. Ask us to fix personal information about you that is inaccurate.
- Delete. Ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to the exceptions the law allows, such as records we must keep for a completed sale, warranty or tax purposes.
- Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Tell us to stop sharing your information for cross context behavioral advertising. See section 6.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right to be offered, so there is nothing to limit.
- Non discrimination. We will not deny you products or services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to the appeal in writing within the period your state's law requires, generally 45 or 60 days, and we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree.
California residents. California's "Shine the Light" law lets you request a list of the personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose, but you may still submit a request using the contact details below.
11. How To Submit A Request
Send an email to sales.nashville@trailuxecompany.com, or call 615 346-4114, and tell us which right you want to exercise. Please include the name, phone number and email address you used when you contacted us so we can find your record.
Verification. Before we act on a request to access, correct or delete information, we will verify that the request really comes from you. We do this by matching the information you give us against what we already hold, and we may ask a follow up question by email or phone. We will not ask you for more information than we need, and anything you send us for verification is used only for that purpose.
Authorized agents. Someone else may submit a request on your behalf if they provide written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm.
Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take up to 45 additional days. Opt out requests are honored within 15 business days. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we will tell you before doing anything.
12. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is a signal your browser or a browser extension can send automatically to tell every website you visit not to sell or share your personal information. Our website detects the GPC signal and treats it as a valid opt out request for the browser sending it. When we detect it, advertising cookies stay off and no advertising identifiers are sent to Google from that browser.
Because the signal is tied to a browser, it does not identify you personally and it does not carry over to another device. To learn how to turn it on, see globalprivacycontrol.org.
We do not respond to older "Do Not Track" browser headers, because the industry never agreed on a standard for them.
13. How Long We Keep Data
- Quote requests that did not become a sale: up to 3 years from the last contact, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return.
- Customer and order records: up to 7 years after delivery, for warranty, tax and legal reasons.
- Website analytics data: up to 14 months, which is the retention period we set in Google Analytics.
- Advertising cookies: up to 24 months, or less, as listed in the Cookie Policy.
- Consent records: for as long as your choice remains valid, plus a reasonable period to prove we honored it.
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or remove the details that identify you.
14. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls that limit who on our team can see lead records, and vendors that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the law of your state.
15. Children
Our website and our products are for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
16. Third Party Links
Our site links to other websites, including our Instagram profile, WhatsApp and financing partners. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
17. Visitors Outside The United States
Trailuxe sells and delivers in the United States, and this website is aimed at people in the United States. Our servers and our service providers are located in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. We do not offer goods or services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom through this website.
18. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our business, our tools or the law changes. When we do, we change the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use information we already collected from you, we will give you notice on this website before the change takes effect. We review this policy at least once every twelve months.
